Gone today!!

I spoke too bloody soon! After the walk/run with Oscar the Dog this morning, found clumps of hair in the beanie, then more in the shower (sob!). Bugger. I'm wondering how I can slip this past the girls in the clinic tomorrow - of course by Thursday it'll be too obvious.

So mark this day down: C1D20 - hair starts to disappear!!

Hi Tony,
At least your hair falls out in clumps; mine has been falling out in single strands for the last 35 years but the difference is that yours will grow back - I can but dream that I will be blessed with a couple of strands for a few more years before its all gone!
Best wishes mate. You continue to inspire us all.

PS. make sure you give us a look at the new image of PEPs marketing & communications guru!

Hi Ant, good to hear all is progressing well, except the hair factor, but a small obstacle on the way to good health. I read a good fashion tip you might like. Don't wear sun glasses with your beanie... combined with the chemo gear I imagine it would be take some explaining! Hope to see you this weekend, Best Wishes - Andrew

Seeing the nurses tipped D12-D14 as your 'Hair Day' [and nurses know everything as you know--or at least most of the time!!] and your day was not until D20, that shows yet again how unconventional [and strong] you are in all things!! Hopefully that will repeat itself many times during the course of your treatment.

I don't suppose you have offered to PEP the hospital staff or the airport security yet?

Cheers etc
